Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Clipflow Studio ("we", "us") governing your access to and use of clipflow.studio, our apps, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Clipflow Studio ingests long-form video you provide or link to, generates short clips, captions, and thumbnails, and helps you publish them to third-party platforms. We also operate content-reward bounties where creators fund campaigns and clippers earn on verified performance.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We aim for high availability but the Service is provided on an as-available basis without guaranteed uptime.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

You retain ownership of the source material and clips you create. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transcribe, render, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the Service and to publish on your instruction.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and to distribute the resulting clips, and that doing so does not infringe any third party's rights or any platform's terms.

You must not use the Service to infringe intellectual property, post unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content, manipulate metrics, send spam, reverse engineer the Service, or violate the terms of any connected platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, that create legal or security risk, or that abuse the Service.

Creators fund bounty budgets; clippers submit posted clips and earn per verified metric until the budget is exhausted or the campaign closes. Metrics are verified in-house; content found to use botted or inauthentic engagement is denied and earns nothing.

Clipflow Studio charges a platform fee of 7.5% on bounty payouts. Payouts are made via Stripe Connect or USDT subject to identity and anti-fraud checks. We do not guarantee any level of earnings, views, or campaign outcomes. Funded budgets are committed to the campaign and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Paid plans and add-ons are billed in advance through our payment processors. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

All fees are stated in GBP unless noted and are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for. See our Refund Policy: all sales are final and non-refundable.

Publishing relies on third-party services (including Ayrshare and the social platforms you connect). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions, including account restrictions they impose.

The Service, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by Clipflow Studio and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or to copy or resell the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or risk. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email and apply going forward. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
