Privacy Policy

Clipflow Studio ("we") is the controller of personal data processed through clipflow.studio. Contact: privacy@clipflow.studio.

To provide the Service (ingest, transcribe, render, publish), operate bounties and verify metrics, process payments, provide support, send service and marketing emails, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law.

We rely on: performance of our contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service; your consent (for example optional marketing, which you can withdraw); and compliance with legal obligations.

We share data with vetted processors that help us run the Service (see the Data Use page for the list). We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data to comply with law or protect rights and safety.

Some processors are located outside the UK/EEA. Where we transfer personal data internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Rendered clips follow your plan's retention window and may be deleted afterwards; you can delete content sooner, and the save-to-Drive option lets you remove clips from our storage.

Subject to law you may access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights email privacy@clipflow.studio. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

We use encryption in transit, access controls, row-level security on our database, signed private storage URLs, and verified payment webhooks. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security, and limited analytics to improve the Service.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; we will post the new effective date and notify you of material changes.
