Refund Policy

All purchases on Clipflow Studio are final and non-refundable. This includes subscription plans (monthly and annual), add-ons, one-off clip packs, and bounty funding.

By purchasing, you request that we begin providing the digital service immediately and you acknowledge that, once access has begun, you lose any statutory right to cancel for a refund (for example the 14-day right of withdrawal under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and equivalent EU rules).

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid period. We do not provide partial-period or pro-rata refunds for unused time, clips, or features.

Budget you commit to a bounty is allocated to that campaign to pay clippers and is non-refundable. The 7.5% platform fee on payouts is non-refundable.

Initiating a chargeback for a valid charge is a breach of these terms and may result in suspension. Please contact us first.

Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory consumer law. Where such rights apply, they are unaffected.
